What to Expect

We'll begin by asking a few questions about your company, your goals and how a chatbot or live chat widget may fit into your current marketing and growth strategy. From there, we'll present on conversational best practices and share some good examples of effective chatbots. We'll also be prepared to talk about our own chatbot services and answer any questions you might have.

How to Prepare

Take 5 minutes and make a brief list of the different types of people or audiences that visit your website. Then try to define why they're coming to your website and what each ideal outcome would be.
