Kickoff Meeting Agenda

The kickoff meeting is when we introduce teams, confirm goals and objectives and set the project on a course for success. It's imperative that any questions, concerns or threats to a successful onboarding be brought forward in this meeting. Here is the agenda for our kickoff meeting:

  • Introduce our teams and roles
  • Discuss business structure and systems
  • Define goals and objectives (short- and long-term)
  • Introduce HubSpot onboarding resources
  • Establish project management resources and timeline
  • Schedule recurring weekly check-in meeting
  • Determine next steps

About HubSpot Onboarding

HubSpot Onboarding provides strategic and technical guidance to HubSpot customers as they learn to implement the HubSpot software by working with accredited, hand-selected Solutions Partners to build a roadmap to accomplish both immediate and long-term goals.

What onboarding is:

We educate you. We focus you. We point you in the right direction. We are your support system throughout the process.

  • We help set goals and objectives
  • We provide you with resources to help you accomplish your objectives
  • We provide you with task lists and project management resources
  • We meet once a week
  • We answer questions when you have them

What onboarding is not:

We don't do the work for you. We follow the process and the timeline and we don't deviate from it.

  • We don't set up your portal for you
  • We don't do classroom-style training for your entire team
  • We can't meet multiple times per week or jump on last-second meetings
  • We don't extend the project beyond the designated project timeline

It works like this:

  • We establish the goals, objectives and timeline during the kickoff meeting.
  • We share resources and workbooks to help you plan and configure your CRM.
  • We meet weekly for 45 minutes to support you along the way.
  • We see you all the way through "graduation," 60-90 days from kickoff.
